DBX developed a computer vision control system. Parts or components are automatically taken from a separator and inspected in a specialised camera to assess their dimensions and possible surface defects. They are then classified into accepted or rejected parts. This system allowed the customer to speed up production, reduce the need for personnel and guarantee accurate and fast inspection, ensuring the quality of the final product.
